# The golf app for simulator golfers

A simulator measures carry for every shot, and carry is the number that transfers to the course: at tour speed a driver carries 275 yards and rolls to 297 yards, while a pitching wedge carries 136 yards and stops near 139 yards. PinFlag imports the session by CSV, keeps the carries as a Measured pattern for each club, and prices every target on the real course with the spread you actually hit.

## Key figures

- On the benchmark model a 12 handicap gives up 13 strokes a round to the tour average, 8.5 in the long game, 2.6 in the short game and 2.0 putting.
- Golfer is $14.99 a month or $99.99 a year with every feature included and a 14-day trial on the annual plan; Coach is $80 a month for up to ten students; Facility is $299 a month.

## Scope

- The handicap figures are the site’s benchmark model, Broadie’s published shares applied to the strokes over the tour average; every product claim describes the shipped iPhone app.
