Program-wide oversight for the whole academy or team.
PinFlag’s Facility platform is live today: one director, up to 5 coaches, and up to 50 students pooled under a single program, with team analytics, qualifying, and white-label reporting. Onboarding is early access and high-touch, not self-serve — a request starts a direct setup with PinFlag’s team, not a wait for unreleased software. Every coach in the program runs on the same coach platform underneath, rolled up into one program-wide view.
You’re running more than one coach’s worth of players: a golf academy, a multi-team program, or a college operation with a roster bigger than any single coach should carry alone. You need the whole program visible in one place — every coach, every player, one source of truth for who’s improving and who earns a qualifying spot.
The problem
- Rosters are scattered across coaches, spreadsheets, and group texts, so nobody has the whole program in view at once.
- Qualifying and lineup decisions need a defensible, data-backed record, not a coach’s gut feel that a parent can push back on.
- Every coach tracking players a different way means the program has no single, comparable strokes-gained standard.
- Keeping players and parents engaged across a big roster takes more than one coach can do by hand.
What matters for you
- facility platform — One director, up to 5 coaches, and up to 50 students pooled under a single program — team analytics and leaderboards, qualifying events with exportable lineup PDFs, lesson dashboards, program-wide engagement tools, and white-label report branding in your academy’s own logo and colors.
- coach platform — Every coach in the program runs on the same command center underneath — per-coach rosters, lesson logging, and practice assignments — rolled up into one program-wide view instead of siloed by coach.
Honest limitations
- Facility onboarding is early access and high-touch — there’s no self-serve signup; requesting access starts a direct setup with PinFlag’s team.
- Recruiting-readiness tools are not currently available on any PinFlag plan.
- PinFlag doesn’t post scores to GHIN or WHS; any index it computes is a clearly-labeled estimate.
- The iOS app for live on-course strokes gained is in pre-release; players and coaches work from the web platform, which is live today.
Frequently asked questions
- How do we get started with the Facility plan?
- Facility onboarding is early access and high-touch, not self-serve. Request access and PinFlag’s team reaches out directly to set up your program, roster, and coaches.
- How big a program does the Facility plan cover?
- One director, up to 5 coaches, and up to 50 students pooled across the whole organization. Programs larger than that should talk to us directly.
- Can we put our academy’s logo on progress and qualifying reports?
- Yes — white-label report branding, your logo and colors, is a Facility-tier capability across player, team, and qualifying reports.
- Does the Facility plan replace each coach’s own account?
- No — every coach in the program keeps the same coach-platform tools underneath: rosters, lessons, and assignments. Facility adds the director’s program-wide view, qualifying, and the pooled roster on top.
- Does PinFlag help with college recruiting for our players?
- Not currently — recruiting-readiness tools aren’t available today on any PinFlag plan. The Facility tier does give the program a defensible, data-backed record to support qualifying and lineup decisions.
