PinFlag features

The whole product is one loop. You pick a target, PinFlag prices that target in strokes against the published expected strokes tables, and you decide. Your lie is part of the number and so are your own distances once they are imported, so from 150 yards the figure is 2.945 out of the fairway and 3.190 out of the rough rather than one number for both.

The features below exist to make that loop yours. Lie detection reads fairway, rough, sand, fringe and green from the course map, so the number is priced from the ground you are actually on. Launch monitor import turns a population average into your average, which is the difference between a figure labelled Estimated and one labelled Measured. Shot Cloud draws your real pattern on the hole around the target you are considering. Two-tap shot tracking is how the round adds up afterwards, and Insights is where every shot, hole and season is broken down: strokes gained by category, proximity by band and club, Score Killers, heat maps and hole trails. Coach and Facility plans put a whole roster on the same numbers.

Every target you consider gets its own number, priced with your own dispersion and the lie read from the course, so the choice is made with the cost of each option in front of you.
