Coach accounts: rosters and join codes
A PinFlag coach account builds a roster two ways: share one join code and players sign themselves up under you, or create a player's profile yourself and send them a claim link to attach their own login to the rounds you've already logged. A Coach plan covers you plus up to 10 students; the 14-day trial is capped at 2.

Share your join code
Your Command Center has one reusable join code and join link. Send it to a player; when they sign up (or sign in) and enter it, they land on your roster under their own account and their own login — that action is their consent, not something done to them.

Or build a profile and send a claim link
If you'd rather set a player up yourself — paste their name, log a few rounds for them — PinFlag gives you a claim link for that profile. When the player creates their account through that link, everything you already logged is already there waiting, not an empty account.

Know your roster caps
A Coach plan covers you plus up to 10 students. During the 14-day trial that cap is 2 students, so you can evaluate the product before committing a full roster. Every roster write is checked against this cap on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

A claim link can go stale
If a claim link is already used, expired, or mistyped, the player sees a plain 'This link is no longer valid' message rather than a dead page — ask them to check their dashboard first (they may have already claimed it) or send a fresh link.
