PinFlag support runs on two addresses: one for account, billing, and product questions from any golfer or coach, and a separate one for facilities and academies exploring the program. Both are read by the team, not routed through a general ticket queue.

    Email support@pinflag.io for anything about your account, billing, a bug, or how a feature works — include your account email and, if it happened on-course, the course and hole so it can be reproduced.

    If you're exploring PinFlag for a team or academy, email hello@pinflag.io — Facility is early access and onboarded manually, so this starts that conversation rather than a self-serve signup.

    Billing changes

    To change or cancel a subscription, use the billing portal from your account settings rather than email — it's faster and takes effect immediately through Stripe.
