Subscriptions and billing

PinFlag has four tiers: Free (no card), Golfer at $19/month, Coach at $79/month with a 14-day trial that requires a card up front, and Facility, which is early access by request rather than self-serve checkout. Every paid plan is manage-and-cancel-anytime from your account settings.

Free costs nothing and needs no card. Golfer is $19/month for full personal analytics. Coach is $79/month and covers you plus up to 10 students. Facility is early access — request it and the team follows up to set your program up manually rather than through self-serve checkout.

The Coach trial requires a card
Coach includes a 14-day free trial, but your card is collected when the trial starts so it can convert automatically to paid on day 14 — this is what lets the trial continue uninterrupted rather than lapsing. If no card is ever attached, the trial cancels itself instead of silently failing to convert.

Manage or cancel your plan
From Settings, Billing opens Stripe's customer portal, where you can update your card, switch plans, or cancel — it takes effect through Stripe directly, not a support ticket. Cancelling keeps your data; it stops the subscription, not the account.

The iOS app has its own availability note
Every tier's web features work today regardless of plan; the on-course iOS app — the live aim-point HUD — is in pre-release for every tier and won't be gated by which plan you're on once it ships.

What a subscription does not include
No PinFlag plan posts your score to a handicap service — there's no GHIN or WHS integration on any tier. The handicap-style index in your analytics is always PinFlag's own computed estimate, clearly labeled as one, never an official handicap.
